Return Policy
We want to do everything possible to make your return process smooth and easy. Our guarantee to you is that if you wish to return products for any reason you may send them back to us postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Some exclusions may apply so please read the full return policy for additional information.
DISCREPANCIES AND SHORTAGES
If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please contact customer service immediately. All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise, and any requests for returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date of your order.

We are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items unless it is due to an error made by us. Original shipping is non-refundable. Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund to your credit card or PayPal account.
Items that are shipped back as a return need to be matched to your original invoice. Please provide any information that can help us identify the account or original purchase that matches the returned items.
POLICY RESTRICTIONS
Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned.
We will consider requests for product exchanges that can be redeemed at our Boutique location, otherise customer is responsible for any shipping costs to receive the exchange.
We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. Refunds will only be issued for product that is returned in the original form that they were purchased in.
Sereni-Tea will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods shipped again to a different destination beyond the original shipping address provided on the order.
Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
