Shipping & Payment Info
At Sereni-Tea, all orders to be shipped in the U.S. are processed within 24 hours and are ready for the next scheduled pickup by the carrier. If you place an order on Friday, your order may not be shipped until Tuesday carrier pick-up days. We provide Priority Mail shipping for all U.S. locations. On rare occasions we may use an alternate shipping method (eg. UPS) if we believe it will provide better service to the customer.
Products are generally shipped within 24 hours of the order being received from our fulfilment.
Free shipping is included on all Subscription Orders only, unless we are offering a limited time promotion where we cover shipping on your behalf. A flat rate shipping fee ($5.00 - $8.00 USD) is included on all shipments, when a buyer does not opt to select any alternate expedited shipping options for orders within the Contiguous United States.
For orders shipped using Standard Shipping* please allow 5-7 business days for Standard Delivery once your order has shipped from our fulfillment center and been processed by the carrier. Orders may arrive sooner than the Standard Delivery date range indicated above and tracking information will be sent via email after packaging and processing is complete. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to become active.
Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include processing and handling times. For an additional fee, we offer various expedited shipping options for your convenience. All expedited shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser unless waived either fully or partially by Sereni-Tea. Our carriers do not guarantee delivery transit times due to unforeseen factors, including severe weather conditions.
All shipping charges are included on the buyer’s invoice and are available to view prior to completing a purchase. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Title to products purchased, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes from Sereni-Tea onto the buyer once goods leave our fulfilment centers with the carrier for shipment. Sereni-Tea is not liable for shipping delays or problems incurred during transit after a product has been shipped from our fulfilment center.

Kindly note, the deliveries to Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific might take longer than usual to reach due to limited logistics options at selected areas. Please note, Shipping Fees for these locations will be calculated based on weight and carrier options and may require an additional invoice to pay prior to shipping. Our current rates are based on U.S shipping only.
