Common Questions

Each subscription includes a curated selection of hand-picked teas. Choose between Monthly (new selection each month) or Quarterly (new selection every three months).

Typically, subscribers receive enough tea for approximately 50 cups: ample to enjoy between deliveries.

Our Monthly Subscription is $25 per delivery.

Our Quarterly Subscription is $25 per delivery.

Both include free shipping or delivery and exclusive member perks.

Currently, the selection is curated by our team to showcase unique and seasonal blends. However, we love hearing feedback and may offer customization options in the future.  Feel free to email requests to hello@curatedserenitea.com. If it’s possible, we will accommodate. 

You can switch by canceling your current subscription and signing up for the other plan. Contact us for help with switching!

You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting us.

Subscriptions ship on the time each month that coiincides when you sign up.  We’ll notify you when your package is on its way.

We ship to all U.S. addresses. Unfortunately, If you’re outside the United States, we are unable to deliver/ship at this time. 

Yes! Subscribers enjoy exclusive teas, early access to new blends, and special discounts & gifts throughout the year.

Absolutely! Our subscriptions make wonderful gifts. Just be sure to provide the accurate shipping address at checkout in the Notes section and let us know if you would like us to include a handwritten card at no additonal cost. Email us at hello@curatedserenitea.com anytime!
